Knoxville, Tennessee DUI and Criminal Defense Attorney Marcos M. Garza grew up in East Tennessee.  Mr. Garza is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, obtained his Master’s degree at the University of Tennessee and graduated the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2001.  He focuses his practice on criminal defense and personal injury law, and of course, handles numerous DUI and driving related cases across Tennessee.

Mr. Garza is also a former Captain and Judge Advocate Attorney in the United States Marine Corps, where he served in the roles of Prosecutor, Operational Law Advisor, Aide-de-Camp to a General Officer, Legal Services Attorney, and Martial Arts Instructor.
